Maintenance of two-color mould:

Maintenance of two-color dies is more important than maintenance of two-color dies. The more times the two-color dies are maintained, the shorter their service life. The better the maintenance of two-color dies, the longer their service life will be. Maintenance of two-color die mainly consists of three points.

1. Daily maintenance of double-color mould: refueling of various moving parts such as ejector pin, row position, guide pillar and guide sleeve, cleaning of die surface and dredging of water transport, which are to be maintained daily in the production of double-color mould.

2. Regular maintenance: Regular maintenance includes cleaning the exhaust slot besides routine maintenance, adding exhaust gas to the black position of trapped gas burning, repair of damaged and worn parts, etc.

3. Appearance Maintenance: Paint on the outer side of the embryo to avoid rust. When lowering the mould, the fixed mould should be coated with anti-rust oil. When the two-color mould is preserved, it should be closed tightly to prevent dust from entering the cavity.
